What Are We Doing?

Over the past five years we have learned a great deal about how we can help the children, communities of Uganda. It has certainly been an amazing adventure and a educational journey for us and for the residents of Uganda as well. We have, committed, monthly, sponsors who support students by paying $25.00 a month. We also have folks who support and sponsor the teaching staff eastern Uganda, by supplementing their salary with monthly donations. We have also realized that there are so many students that it is important that view Uganda as a whole and involve more schools in our project. We have found sponsors who want to upgrade the teacher’s credentials, by taking classes at the University. It costs about $75.00 for a class, a small donation for the betterment of any school.

Over the years we have accomplished many projects including a generator, a borehole, books for a library, beds, mattresses, mosquito nets, shoes and socks and a roof on three classrooms. As time goes on it is realized that the bigger projects are good, but it is the monthly school fees that help the school the most. By paying the monthly tuition fees the schools are afforded more funds for the food budget and the schools can then provide more of the daily needs for the students to do well in their classes.

We are always on the lookout for new and committed sponsors.

It is only with your help that we can do any of this! Thank you.
